My goal is to operate a healing space that is safe and accessible for as many people as possible. I am a handicapped business owner and I have health concerns that make me a high risk for certain illnesses. My clients include those at high risk, their care providers, nurses and more. Additionally, I feel the immune compromised are worth protecting! Policies will change and evolve as situations require.

Health & Safety Policy (revised 9/1/2022): Please wear a mask during your service. Cloth and/or medical masks are sufficient, so long as they are worn over nose and mouth. Danielle will wear an N95/KN95 during all in person services.

Because I collect payment for services at time of booking, please familiarize yourself with my Covid cancellation & refund policy below. This will also be emailed to you immediately upon scheduling. If anything needs to change you will be contacted immediately via email, text and/or phone call.

Cancellation & refund policy is as follows:

• Cancel/reschedule for any reason up to 12 hours in advance: Full refund or reschedule
• No call/no show: 100% liable for cost of session
• Cancel/reschedule with less than 12 hours notice: liable for 50% of the cost of a session UNLESS:
  • you or someone you are in contact with has tested positive for or are experiencing symptoms of Covid or other dangerous infection (flu, monkeypox, etc)
  • Snow, ice or regional flooding may impact your travels
• Lateness: In many cases Danielle will not be able to continue your session later than scheduled so lateness will result in a shortened session. If Danielle can accommodate you, she will be happy to do so.

Late reschedule for illness or exposure, your choice:

• The session can be switched to a remote session (via Zoom) and the price difference refunded to you or
• Reschedule your in-person appointment at a later date

In the event I need to cancel the session, you will receive your choice of:

• A full refund
• Receive your session over a distance via Zoom or FaceTime with price difference refunded to you
• Receive a gift certificate for the full amount to use at a future date (no expiration) plus a free gift

If you test positive for Covid or other dangerous illness within 1 week after seeing me, please contact me at 267-571-WELL or email Danielle@LearnReikiPhiladelphia.com. I will do the same for you.

This policy is subject to change, though you will be notified immediately if it does.
