Reiki

The Gentle healing touch of Reiki supports wellness and promotes healing for mind & body while reducing stress.   Healing energy is directed to the client by the practitioner using the hands, and does not include massage.  Reiki is a wonderful alternative for those with medical conditions who cannot receive massage or reflexology, and does not interact with medicine or other forms of treatment.  This is a clothed form of bodywork, please dress comfortably.

Reiki & Crystals

Stones and crystals are custom selected for each client, and integrated into your Reiki session.  Affirmations may also be suggested for home use.

Reflexology

By applying pressure to the reflex point in the feet, change can be stimulated in the rest of the body.  Aspects of this practice date back as far as ancient Egypt.  This is a clothed service, please avoid wearing stocking or pantyhose to your session.

If you experience numbness/diminished sensation in the feet, have certain circulatory disorders, uncontrolled high blood pressure, a history of blood clot or stroke or have certain forms of Cancer; reflexology may not be best for you.  Contact us to discuss.

Intuitive Card Readings

Take a glimpse into the future, make the most of a current situation, or just get some inspiration.  I use Oracle cards designed by Doreen Virtue PhD and my intuition.  Bringing a notebook and pen is recommended.

Energy Clearing for Home and Office

Out with the old, in with the new!  No better way to start fresh than with an energetic cleansing of our environment.  Perfect for housewarming, new job, or new beginning.

Distance Healing

Reiki healing is sent to you wherever you may be, in the comfort of your home or hospital room.  Also a good option for animals.  Offered as a series of 3 sessions, each 15 minutes in length

I specialize in events & workshops on the healing art of Reiki and the uses and applications of stones and crystals, energetic basics for bodyworkers, and much much more.  Perfect for Spas, holistic centers, bridal showers, retail stores, Yoga studios,  fund raisers, parties, corporate events, etc.
